This family purchased this fence from me in 2012. 7 years later this house had been sold to a new owner and the fence had been sitting in the attic for a number of years. Also the deck had been resurfaced and they wanted to install the existing used fence. As simple as it sounds its actually a bit tricky. A used fence is a stretched fence. It tends to take on the shape it was in on the first install. Much like a pair a jeans fits tight after you wash them and get loose after a day of wearing them. The poles are spaced an extra 1/8 inch to account for this stretch. Failure to do this will result in a sloppy and loose fitting fence. As you can see in the pictures the final result was perfect.
